Dr. Hussein was great very thorough and a great listener. The office was very nice and the staff very friendly and efficient. Appointment was on time with no waiting.
My experience was excellent. My only suggestion would be to provide clearer directions on how to get to the office, as there is no signage indicating where the entrance is or how to access the offices located on the upper level of the building. Regarding Dr. Rafael and his staff, I would like to say . The receptionist the first one you see when you walk in was very kind. Trying to reach this office is hell I don’t feel like the staff is on top of things as they should be for a doctor’s office I was suppose to be sent a prescription and haven’t recieved it yet I’ve called the office over 10x this is ridiculous communication is everything when dealing with someone’s health this is very frustrating especially considering I’m dealing with a high risk pregnancy
