Extremely disappointed. I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. During my visit, I was prescribed a medication that I was supposed to start that same night. However, after I left, my pharmacy informed me they needed a substitute and had contacted the doctor’s office. I called the office every single day to follow up, and it’s now been six days with no response from the podiatrist. That’s six days without the medication I was told to start immediately.
