Dr Hafez and his staff are great EXCEPT for reception. Not everyone is tech savvy and the 2 times I’ve been in office with my MIL, she (receptionist) is not AT ALL patient with anyone needing tech help (pre check, texts messages, etc). She borders on being rude and it’s not fair to these people. My MIL couldn’t do it. That’s why I do it all for her. Everyone else is awesome and Dr Hafez entertains us while working with my MIL. He’s the best.
Dr. Hafez is great, took an unfortunate situation and brought fun and laughter to bad time. Highly recommend him for podiatry needs.
