I have been going to Dr.Burnette at CLS Health for some months and it has improved my quailty of life and found relief in pain management . I would indubitably recommend seeking help for issues in discomfort .
Dr Burnett is awesome she listen to you and plan was best for you for comfort .I love her from the very first visit I had with her and will recommend her to anyone and her staff are great also cause when you can go to a doctor office and fill your needs have been met so means a whole lot
