Unfortunately, our experience with the scheduling and front office staff was extremely frustrating. My elderly mother has multiple chronic medical conditions and significant mobility limitations, so simply getting to an appointment is a major undertaking. I took time off work to drive her from Humble to what we were told was her 10:00 a.m. appointment at the Katy office. I was impressed with Dr Patel's knowledge, she gave me options of how she can treat my back pain & explained it all in understandable terms & answered all my questions. Plan made & I'm very happy to have found her. The staff was very helpful and kind. Pleasant experience.
