Dr Copeland makes the patient feel at ease and comfortable explaining all options. The staff was friendly, professional, and supportive. Definitely recommended for new patients.
We were nervous walking into the office today. However, Olivia and the rest of the staff, really made the visit easy and stress free.
They turned a disabled veteran away. This place is horrible and absolutely ridiculous! My husbands foot got ran over and because it happened at work they refused to see him unless he paid cash even though he has health insurance THAT THEY TAKE! He is a decorated disabled veteran and they were absolutely horrible to him! We sat for over 30 mins drove 30 mins to get here. Very specifically explained the situation they said they would use his insurance. We get here and they go we have to pay cash when we explained the situation... read more
