As another reviewer said, they can be very unresponsive and it can be very hard to get things done efficiently. They are quite frustrating at times. They have already been replaced by a better provider.
Our experience with this clinic has been very frustrating. It is almost impossible to speak with anyone. We will be switching to another clinic. Thank you for your response, but no thank you. I already contacted another neurologist. Believe it or not, his office workers actually answered the phone ... the first time I called. What a revolutionary business model!
I love CLS Health Neurology Associates. Dr. Mohammad Al Baeer was straight forward and directly on point.
