I had an iron infusion today and I am very happy with the care I recieved with Alex 😇 he was very nice and professional and he made sure I was comfortable he is very caring as well. I give him a 10/10 great bedside manner Yes I highly recommend if you are needing and iron infusion or whatever service is for you. Thank you Alex 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
There clearly needs to be accountability and a concrete solution implemented. Patients should not have to chase down basic information or physically deliver orders because phone systems and internal processes are not functioning. I respectfully request immediate action and a clear plan for resolving this issue so that no other patient experiences this level of difficulty accessing care.
