Unfortunately I can not rate 0 stars. Had to be seen after an amputation. Scheduled appointment and then called and had to reschedule a week later. Was not happy about it since infections can spread quickly even with all the correct care. Then the friday before the appointment called again to reschedule 2 weeks out. After I finally threatened to sue the clinic the kept the appointment. Then today FOURTY FIVE MINUTES before the appointment again called to reschedule two weeks out. Infectious Disease clinic that doesn’t see patients with the Ebstein Barr Virus, chronic or acute.
After I was discharged from UTMB hospital with a picc line in my right arm, I was refer to this clinic to get my infusions. I went to get my line clean and get new bandenges. The nurse decided to cut the stitches holding the line and it move. I was in so much pain later on that night I had to go back to the emergency room. I went to complain to the clinic and they did nothing to fix the problem and because they cause me an extra trip to UTMB I told them they should pay for the bill which they did not.
