First time they cancelled my appointment without a cause and this time they texted me the location of an office where it's closed and unoccupied ... I will never deal with this incompetent establishment again
I'd give Clear Lake Imaging Center ZERO STARS if I could. The. scheduling department sat on an ultrasound order for 13 days, saying it was missed "on accident," despite processing two other orders. When the original order turned into a STAT order, Clear Lake Imaging Center confirmed the appointment no less than FIVE TIMES the day before the procedure, ONLY TO CANCEL IT THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE. I went to see Dr. Nandini Ganga for serious debilitating upper back pain. She asked me questions and examined me. She told me what it was and prescribed medication if it should happen again. Thank you!
Dr. Nandini Ganga is an exceptional PCP! She asks how can she help you, then she asks questions. She begins telling you what is happening and what treatment to give. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I went in with pain near the ankle and foot area and thought I sprained something. She examined me and tested the painful area, asked me questions and right away told me it was an infection. I could not believe it! She sent to my pharmacy an antibiotic. Wonderful bedside manner for Dr Kamana. Explained things well, answered any questions I had. I could tell she actually cared for my well-being.
I found Regina Pillai after being dissatisfied with another pulmonary doctor a couple of years ago, and I have hit the jackpot! Every single employee that I have encountered from front desk to the interns, etc are so very nice it almost made me suspicious (Ha!) I have made several visits to her office and have had the SAME experience every time. She greets me with "good morning, beautiful."
