I called ahead about having my beard shaped and trimmed . They said sure, set. “An appointment “ ! Walked in at my time, there was no need for an appointment. I showed the man what I wanted . He asked if I wanted any length taken off. Just a little was the response I gave. It’s terrible , absolutely nothing like I asked for. And cut it down to almost nothing . Didn’t shape the lines. Gaped around the edges. Maybe they cut hair better , but no way I’d suggest it.
Was able to get an appointment and get in the same day haircut was great experience was wonderful recommend it
