I have used Chris and his team on the last few home inspections for my clients. His attention to detail is second to none! He provides a very clean, easy to follow report the same day. During the walkthrough with the client he points out any potential issues without "freaking out" the client. He says it how it is. I will be using him on all of my future home inspections.
