Unprofesional, ignorant and terrible.I dont get it! how she can stay in business...oh! she prepares taxes and bookkeeping for dishwashers, housemates and local workers. People with no education at all, people who doesnt make questions. Theyve always been professional, competent, and have never given me anything short of excellent customer service. How can you call someone uneducated when you have grammatical errors in your negatively fueled post.
