Had a great time making my charm necklace with one of my best friends from out of town! Lauren was great. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! 10/10 would recommend!

The first two times I tried to come here they were closed even though the hours on their door said they should be open. When they finally were actually open, I asked if they could repair a piece of jewelry for me & also if they had any chains to buy. The person working was so incredibly rude and pretentious. They clearly only cater to upper middle class white women and don’t care to show respect to anyone else. Wish I could give less than one star!
