I remember going there to get my braces in my middle and highschool, and the wait is so rediculous like I went when It opened and then I wasn't there until like 4 or 5. And y'all are only open on one day which is stupid I don't recommend

There customer service sucks the man that works at the front desk has an attitude and don’t get me started with clower. When you get ur braces off and they make the retainer and they ask you do you want to sign this so u don’t come back for an retainer appointment (i chose not to go back for the retainer appointment) they will already put you down and when you miss it and YOU TELL THEM YOU SIGNED but they guilt trip you saying you didn’t sign it and make you pay 100+ and when you don’t pay they go through a debt collector. The dental assistants and Dr Nwosu are so pleasant and I think I’ve found my new dentist. One turn off! The heavier set Hispanic girl at the front desk! I asked for the bathroom and no more that I entered she was rapping on the door like there was a fire drill knowing I was in there? And she was just not very friendly from the start! I took my son there couple years ago. He had to have some extra baby tooth removed. They put braces on his teeth. It took a while for Medicaid to approve he finally got the 2 teeth removed at another dentist . I went back there they said cause it took so long I had to pay 200 some dollars ,my son had Medicaid. I couldn't afford it, the braces are still stuck on my son's teeth. His teeth look horrible now.
