I visited Dr Clow for 6-7 visits in early 2021, during pandemic. I agree with others that he is down-to-earth and that the equipment is old. I was the only patient on every visit and Dr Clow was the only person in the office though it's probably gotten busier since the pandemic "ended". The office is a little dark and the furnishings and equipment looked like they were from the 1990s but were functional. Dr Clow was personable and professional. I came to Dr. Clow for neck and lower back pain, and he made my problem much worse...this man almost broke my neck during an “adjustment” and tore a muscle. He attempted manipulation and missed my vertebrae, snapping a muscle with his bear hands. Thanks to Clow I spent months in a neck brace in the worst pain imaginable. There is a reason you must sign every single time you come in, you are signing your rights away to press charges or sue if he causes you an injury.
