What a waste of time. Didn't ask any questions of my high school child or even discuss what the problems were. Asked me a few questions and simply referred us to colleague social workers at the Mental Health Institution of Rockland!

Refuse to see me without a referral even though it's not required by my insurance. I can not understand how I can be in such a crisis situation and a Dr would refuse to see someone.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible Was this provider friendly? Absolutely Not!
