Been renting from Clovis property management for a while, Dale has taken care of every service request in a timely manner AC request, washer and dryer request, he communicates well and is very personable, I definitely recommend Clovis property management if your looking for a place to rent.
Dale at Clovis Property Management has managed our new rental for nearly two years and we couldn't be happier. He helped us find a really good tenant right off the bat and its been running smooth ever since. Dale is professional and responsive and takes care of any maintenance the tenant needs right away. We're planning on buying more rentals next year and we'll definitely use Clovis Property Management so we don't have to worry about anything.
