This place is my favorite pizza. But seriously, as a local business, you should NEVER turn away business. Going in there today to pre order 3 pizzas with three hours notice and they say they can’t do it. Like.... what??!!!... that is crazy. You have three hours to pre-make pizzas and have them ready and “oh no, we can’t do that” that’s absolutely baffling to me. And this isn’t the first time we’ve had poor service. You know me honest as can be . Was very disappointed to now find out that you charge customer's a extra $2.00 for using a debit/credit card! on top of a delivery fee. Way to nickle and dime your customer's. Been a long time customer typically with weekly orders but I have to say this will probably be the last time.
I was a first time customer tonight after hearing amazing things from several people. I arrived at about 4:40 PM, there was toppings from probably half a pizza dropped on the ground at the door, I had to actually step over it not to slip. I informed the cashier, tall younger guy, he didnt care. I repeated it was dangerous, he shrugged his shoulders and asked if I was ready to order.
