Their imaging is of poor quality (this is according to a doctor who relied on the scans) and their billing practices are fraudulent. They promised to charge one amount and then sent us a bill after we had paid it in full. We called them to ask why. They said they would look into it. And, then, instead of calling us back, they turned us over to collections without notice. If you can go elsewhere, do so.
RecommendedThe staff at Clovis Open MRI are extremely kind and helpful. They truly take the time to make sure you're comfortable, both mentally and physically. I tried to do a traditional MRI before this one, and couldn't due to claustrophobia. These machines are still pretty close to your face, but not as close as the normal ones, and the contraptions they put over your head and neck are aslo not as close, and don't seem as restrictive.
