This is without doubt the rudest most impolite poor service experience i have ever encountered. It has now been 5 months and still cant get my project finished over and over they try and install a scratched glass. First time out they took out wrong window. I have repeatedly requested due to my wife’s health they wear masks and booties which they never do then they are rude to my wife im at point of telling them refund my money take your glass back ill go elsewhere avoid them at all costs.

Customer service is awful. Went in last weekend to decide on restoring old windows or replacing them. Front desk seem bothered by customers and focused on computer, phone and when they did address us customer services was lacking then sent to a sales rep and the girl was very nice but then said the girls up front would help us so felt like front desk sent us in circles then we decided to pay for someone to come out and assess our current windows and a ridiculous wait at th… See more
I could have written this testimonial just like another client... Do Not use this company. I've been given every stall tactic from supervisor and manager to not honor the goods they sold me. Started my journey of replacing a failed seal in mid Nov. 2016 and here it is mid August 2019 and although manager confirms they have 3 of the 5 replacements in their possession (supervisor said they never received) but I became frustrated and reached out to manager hoping for resolution. Quality product at reasonable price! Professional, courteous service and expert installlation by John and Nick. Excellent job guys! We called around for estimates, and this is bar done, the best! All this, and a five year warranty to boot.
