Stabbe is amazing! He's one of those vets that truly cares. He's worked on my mare when she coliced twice in one month and my big draft gelding who gets abscesses. He's even put a cast on my dog when he broken his leg and then redid it when he jumped in the pond the next day. The small animal clinic wanted almost $300 to do the cast and stabbe did if for much less. Highly recommend Dr. Stabbe.
We almost lost our mare Taz this past weekend due to colic (a twisted colon). Dr. Stabbe got to our place quickly and kept her alive and made arrangements for us to head to Davis to prepare for surgery. Luckily, the colic resolved itself and she will be home tomorrow. Dr. Stabbe gave her the needed time and chance which is the reason she is still with us!! Means more to us than I can even express! Thank you!!!
Earlier this year Dr. Stabbe and the wonderful team at Clovis Equine Clinic saved my horse "Charlie Brown's" life. They all worked tirelessly to provide the best care and support possible to give my guy a chance. This weekend thanks to these amazing professionals we went on to win the California Dressage Society Adult Amateur Regional Championships for Central California held in Paso Robles. My mare had a grapefruit size tumor in her ovary and I was a wreck over it. Dr. Stabbe removed it and did a weeks worth of after care. He kept her until he knew it was completely safe to bring her home. I am SO Thankful for Clovis Equine Clinic.
Only 5 stars to choose from there should be more. Michael Stabbe was my vet when I lived in Fresno. He's the greatest!!!! I wish he'd come practice in Eureka CA. Both he and Jesse Deux were wonderful with my Percheron mare.
Dr. Stabbe is my absolute FAVORITE VET! Hands down!
I've used Mike for my horses for better than 35 years. I trust him. He cares!! He can't Ever Retire!�I thank him a million times over!!
