If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I lived here for almost 3 years and I only stayed so long because it was cheap. I loved most of my neighbors and the matience guys were super cool and helpful. The office staff especially Alyssa who is the “manager” needs a new job cause she clearly hates her job. She is so rude and not helpful at all. She doesn’t care for the property, Not sure what she does all day but she never answers the phone and this complex is infested with roaches. Came to visit a friend and nobody around here picks up their dogs poop. No one gets out of the pool from the minute it opens.Till it closes, I sat here and watched it was disgusting.Don't live here.

Great office management and maintenance crew. Jazmine is super helpful, kind & understand. Oh boy. It was great 5 years ago but in the last 2-3 years it's gone downhill. Major roach issue, I was without a working dishwasher for 3 months. Maintenance calls take forever to be addressed through no falt od their own. There are only 2 maintenance men and they're overworked. Numerous police calls to a neighboring unit for fighting. Random people using the pool and leaving it dirty. People parking in the fire lane which would block my car. And management is ineffective
