2021 Ram Rebel with 30K miles left me stranded April 11, 2025 for the 3rd time. Towed it in and was told it started up fine and the 3rd party remote start was the issue. Had it removed. August 14, 2025 I am stranded again. No remote start to blame. See videos from April and August of my dash lighting up like a Christmas tree and shifter knob moving on its own while driving! Clovis Ram tech team found and fixed the fault. Outstanding customer service!
Took my vehicle in for warranty repair. It took three months to get the appointment. They replaced my batteries and told me that my Jeep Gladiator would be ready the following day. On my way home I was sitting at a light. Smoke started coming out of my hood. That's when all hell broke loose. Fire Fire! After the fire I stopped by the dealer to talk to Khalid the service manager. The only thing he said was to file a claim with my insurance. No apology! Nothing!
