Another horrible experience at Dodge Jeep Clovis. I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee X, that I bought in 2021, not even 5 years old. After yesterday, I have had to replace 7 different items. My latest "experience" included my Jeep staying there for three days without a loaner car being offered to me even though I have the extended warranty. When asked about it at the end of day 2 I was told that they had none because they were all recalled and it would be difficult to get one from a rental place.
