2021 Ram Rebel with 30K miles left me stranded April 11, 2025 for the 3rd time. Towed it in and was told it started up fine and the 3rd party remote start was the issue. Had it removed. August 14, 2025 I am stranded again. No remote start to blame. See videos from April and August of my dash lighting up like a Christmas tree and shifter knob moving on its own while driving! Clovis Ram tech team found and fixed the fault. Outstanding customer service!
Took my vehicle in for warranty repair. It took three months to get the appointment. They replaced my batteries and told me that my Jeep Gladiator would be ready the following day. On my way home I was sitting at a light. Smoke started coming out of my hood. That's when all hell broke loose. Fire Fire! After the fire I stopped by the dealer to talk to Khalid the service manager. The only thing he said was to file a claim with my insurance. No apology! Nothing! Bought 3 Trucks their That must say a lot 2500 /21 and Two 1500/22
The best, no bull car buying experience. We called from out of town got the best price over phone drove to dealer. We were only ther for 2 hours for buying process, and transferring belongings to new car and installing front and rear dash cameras. Super friendly salesman Kurt, and finance Tom. Out of 15 dealerships we went to they were the only ones that didn't add mark ups and expensive addon that are garbage, and had a true straight up price.
