I had purchased a new truck with a manufacturing defect in a piece of trim. It took them 6 visits to the service department and 7 months to get it fixed. They somehow did not order the part the first 3 times. The 4th time they ordered the part but in 5th visit they discovered it was the wrong part (they looked at it and ordered it each time as it required going to dealership). Finally 7 months later it was fixed. I do not recommend purchasing vehicle from this dealership.

Our Dodge Journey has been in repeatedly for the same issue. Shockingly they can never resolve the problem but they sure will take more and more money every time and keep our vehicle for longer and longer. It is a tooth and nail battle to get ANYTHING covered by the warranty that was sold to us in an incredibly deceptive manner. We have been called liars, the service department has insisted that we MUST have had our car worked on somewhere else (so they claim the warranty is void) despite numerous conversations and paperwork... read more

I bought a Dodge Ram 3500 truck here a little over a year ago to use for work. I need this truck because I haul heavy trailer. Since buying this truck I have had to take it in for service atleast 4 different times for parts that need to be replaced. Each time it takes longer and longer to get my truck fixed having me miss out on Jobs because I have no truck to haul my trailer. Buying a car is the worse experience ever. It is always the same back and forth haggle game, sit and wait game and then the decipher manual that is needed between what the salesman is saying and the research you have done to determine where the truth lies.
