If you don't mind smoke from cannabis and tobacco...move in. If a few missing packages that Amazon brought you, won't rile you up...you'll be fine. If dirty elevators and common areas...are normal...you'll settle in. If no one from the office has an expectation that they should return calls, and you don't mind this, I recommend this complex. The apartment and setting is lovely-I’ve lived here about 2 1/2 years. My beef is with maintenance. Slow to respond. And very rude. And it’s always my fault as I am told. If you move in, strive not to need to request maintenance. I love the apartment though.
