I just moved there in August. We is in September now rent lady knocked on my door for a lease violation talking about that. I have three dogs that is a lie. I only have one dog. I sent copies of my son ADHD saying that he can have a dog, so I don’t know what the issue is when my other neighbors live in the complex be partying all night, listening to a loud music and partying and smoking weed all times a night. I have been call them they don’t answer the phone
I've lived here for 2yrs and it's bn terrible. Management is a JOKE. Our hallway and laundry room is the kids playground and the dope spot for them to get high. They pee in the dryer they destroy the washer/dryer. NOTHING is done about it It don't matter how many times you complain NOTHING happens. I've asked management to send letters to the parents telling them if their kids get caught in our hallway they will have to move. Destroying things is violations of their lease NOTHING. Absolutely horrible I moved in 4 days ago and want move back out the floor upstairs feel like it’s going to fall in my front door has an open gap at the top wires in my kids room holes in the wall the hot water has stopped working twice now garbage and trash everywhere the AC does not function properly cold downstairs hot upstairs completely false advertisement online about having garbage disposal and glass front cabinets oh and I can’t even run a bath eleven ever I turn the water on the shower comes on it won’t turn off abs... read more
