Absolutely horrible I moved in 4 days ago and want move back out the floor upstairs feel like it’s going to fall in my front door has an open gap at the top wires in my kids room holes in the wall the hot water has stopped working twice now garbage and trash everywhere the AC does not function properly cold downstairs hot upstairs completely false advertisement online about having garbage disposal and glass front cabinets oh and I can’t even run a bath eleven ever I turn the water on the shower comes on it won’t turn off abs... read more
Just moved in and my apartment didn't have air for 3 weeks! Central air is included in the rent not my fans! Washer and dryer hookup flooding my kitchen floor! Just called maintenance after I've put a work order in and still haven't had it fixed! Huge pipeline box open for a kid to fit in not covered. Complex offers a pool but only 2 people can get a pass! If you're considering CloverNook Apartments, do yourself a favor and keep looking. My time here has been nothing short of a headache, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Let's start with the "renovations" they brag about. They claim updated units, but it's clearly just a cheap facelift. The faux wood flooring is peeling, the "new" carpet is already showing wear, and the fixtures are a mismatched mess of old and slightly-less-old. I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Kim and Bryant for the excellent service and the huge help getting me into my apartment. I didn’t have security deposit no worries Kim helped me get the assistance. I truly appreciate your help and patience in dealing with me. Love!!!!!!!
Great place to live, and raise a family, very attentive and respectful towards the community and the complex lots of great people who gets things done!
