Y'all are so AWWWWWWSOME!
Back in the 90s, this was place to live at. Clean, working people live there, I would had live there back then. Now, its trashy. Front office employees doesn't care, have bed bugs up there, trash all over the place, heard shooting, and I can't believe the owners let a beautiful place go down like this. Becoming the next Winton Terrance.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is black mold everywhere. My neighbors below me have mushrooms growing in their apartment. 2 units in my building were vacant for god knows how long and both units have a ton of black mold everywhere. Gnats infest the apartment, sewage is coming up through the sink we haven’t made it to a full year of being here and it’s a disaster! My kids room had a water intrusion that also caused black mold overgrowth. This is a terrible complex, sanitation and health is far from their top priority.
I wish I could give this quadruple 0 stars... horrible experience lived here kept complaining about my ceiling leaking refused to fix destroyed my bedroom furniture from the leaking ceiling eventually fell in black mold EVERYWHERE.... As of today there is still a huge hole in the ceiling. . DO NOT MOVE HERE! ROCHES MICE AND MOLD! RUUUNNN!!
