This place sucks. Can't accommodate a 7yr old with special needs. Don't move here, they just want your money. Anywhere else is better
Absolutely terrible place to live and the management is the absolutely definition of crooks. They fine (to an extent) while you’re living there, but will rob you the second you try to leave. When you move out and follow all their requirements such as having apartment professionally cleaned and the carpets shampooed, they still send you a $700+ bill for “cleaning fees” and for “broken items”. I lived here three years. Nice dog park area, playground, and open areas under 40 foot tall oak trees. Air conditioner was hiccuping and management replaced it. Quiet neighbors, sturdy construction, storage areas, and garages are sometimes available. Window on three sides of the apartment is my favorite feature. Snow is removed from parking lots, and common stairwells are vacuumed by staff. Received a job offer in another state, or I would have stayed at Cloverleaf Village.
We’ve been living here for 9 months or so and have loved it all. The staff are friendly and attentive. Maintenance takes care of anything you need quickly. The dog park is wonderful and our pup loves it. We got an upgraded unit and it’s lovely. Landscape is always well kept. Prices aren’t bad for what you get. Quite and calm atmosphere.
