This has been an absolute horror to live here. I have had mice for 4 months. I called the board of health to complain. I’ve had roaches, holes in the ceiling, animals in the attic where I hear scratching. Maintenance or property management are of no help. It’s really disturbing that this place is even rentable. It really should be condemned at this point. I am grateful to be leaving this place. Even the heat, I asked maintenance to lower the heat, so they completely turned it off in the winter. Terrible management. Rent increases every year to live with roaches. Water issues. EVERY MONTH EITHER NO WATER OR NO HOT WATER. They come and fix it but , every month same thing is very unpleasant. They don’t inform you in advance like they should if they are going to do some work. One time I found note on my door after work was done and one time was left there overnight. Very poor management.
