I am genuinely impressed by the management and maintenance team at Cloverleaf Gardens! Just after moving in, I submitted a few routine service requests around 10:00 AM, and to my absolute surprise, by 11:00 AM the same day, the super and his team were already at my door. Giving two stars, one is for maintenance guy and one is cause it’s close to major highways and grocery stores Not to mention how bad bug issues are here and they don’t even do anything about. I made multiple complaints a team came at first and did some gel experiment for bugs and was told to move everything from my kitchen and then they will do treatment guess what my entire kitchen was in living room for three weeks no one came. Although the maintenance staff works throughout the day, all of the loud and disruptive work is consistently done in the mornings. They show no consideration for residents rest or peace and quiet, and they do not respect the community’s quiet hours.
