Walked in and the place was a ghost town. Someone was there on the computer, saw me but decided not to acknowledge my presence. Needed anniversary flowers but I’ll Go somewhere that wants my business.
I placed an order to pick up on the 14th (Valentines day). Just the day before (the 13th) I tried reaching out to cancel the order. I wasn’t able to get in touch. The 14th was a very busy day and I assumed that I had just lost over $100. On the 15th I received a message, I did not see it until the 16th when I received another message telling me they still had my order. Ordered all my wedding florals from Vicki and I’m so glad I did. The bouquets were amazing. The centerpieces were even more beautiful than I had hoped. She is truly an artist and a reliable, punctual one to boot. Will definitely work with her again in the future. Thank you Vicki!!!
