Haven't received my damage deposit .I left the place clean and in good repair. Moved out in December 2023 !
At Cloverleaf, we experienced outstanding service from a committed staff. The spacious floor plans offer plenty of space for both living and entertaining, along with ample storage options. Plus, the location is unbeatable, just seconds from I-25, yet surprisingly peaceful without the hustle and noise.
Stay here for four years then got 2 months rent and all deposit taken away ( more than 2000) when you got an unexpected job change and have to move. 60 days ahead notice doesn't help. They are really business people.
Usually i dont tend to whine about a lot of things or post reviews. Applied to this place and passed and thats good. So far the staff is nice to me. When i raised the question about catalytic converters being robbed they were honest and said that tends to happen around that area. So i went to get my converter etched and painted. I also confronted them about the termite issue here and they were honest about having some issues back in the day.
