As a newer tenant, I felt the need to leave a review for this absolutely beautiful community. The owner is absolutely fantastic! Wonderful vibes. Rebecca in the office is an absolute gem also with wonderful vibes! All welcoming and caring vibes. They immediately took care of any issues that I had. The maintenance is on top of things and he is also another gem who I immediately vibes good with. I have met a few of the community neighbors and they have all been very nice and welcoming. Haven't received my damage deposit .I left the place clean and in good repair. Moved out in December 2023 !
At Cloverleaf, we experienced outstanding service from a committed staff. The spacious floor plans offer plenty of space for both living and entertaining, along with ample storage options. Plus, the location is unbeatable, just seconds from I-25, yet surprisingly peaceful without the hustle and noise.
Stay here for four years then got 2 months rent and all deposit taken away ( more than 2000) when you got an unexpected job change and have to move. 60 days ahead notice doesn't help. They are really business people.
