This company was extremely rude at first, until I spoke with Collean and one other gentleman (whose name I can’t recall). They were the only ones who were genuinely helpful. If I could give them 0 stars I would! We rented a property 773 Tamarack Way house smelled like curry we asked to be clean so the smell can be not as strong. Landlord and property management decline any cleaning. A big repair was made that we didn’t even ask and we didn’t have access to our room for months a 2 week repair ended becoming a 3 almost 4 months repair. Luis Castro will happily lie to you and ignore your maintenance requests if he doesn’t think they’re important. And then he will never answer his phone when you question him about it. Avoid at all costs.
I would avoid at all costs as a renter or property owner. They were dishonest in dealing with us and the elderly property owner. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, disorganized staff.
Terrible professionalism, it is almost impossible to actually talk to one of the realtors. It's always through scattered email or text messages. They never answer the phone or return phone calls.
