Without going into full details. Thank you, Ian, for going out of your way to do what you did this evening. I have a much higher respect for you, 120%. There are no ill feelings! To the manager who is unknown to me: when someone leaves a voicemail about an issue, please call them back; failing to do so will only cause unnecessary problems for you and the company. Any acknowledgement is better than being ignored. The former manager, Rick, would always return phone calls and emails right away. Bring Rick back!!!!!
I would like to make a shout-out to Boardwalk and publicly recognize 'Ian' the Clover Hill Lead Maintenance Man. For many years now Ian has taken care of my apartment whenever I put in a request and has always been prompt and thorough! He has a very pleasant personality and is easy to talk to. He is by far the best Maintenance Man Cloverhill Terrace has had in all the 7.5 years I have lived here! Keep up the great work Ian! Boardwalk was smart to hire you!
