poor communication. called 6 hours before they closed to see how long a rotation, balance , and alignment would take and how much it would cost. they said typically hour and a half. dropped my truck off 2 and half hours before they closed. told them again rotation, balance, and alignment. 15 min later i get a call. one of your studs broke. we will not replace it because its not our fault? really . get there and thankfully they said we will not charge you for balance and rotation. i said ok what about alignment. he said oh we... read more

Ben brought the vehicle in at 4:08 pm. We close at 6:00 pm. He was called by one of our technicians that there was a lug nut that was not coming off & that it might break. He told our tech that he had just put them on a few days prior. He did agree for us to attempt to get it off. It did break & he was informed that it had. We had never worked on his vehicle before. JOHN AEHNLICH is one of the most friendly men I have ever met. He is not a bad mechanic either! Mr. Aehnlich not only knows what’s under the hood and needs to be taken care of, he is also honest. It was refreshing to have such amazing service under trifling circumstances. I wish every gas station was employed and run like his. I am very grateful!
