It was hell from the moment I had to move in here. I moved in here in November 2024. There was a different property staff and the lady who had me sign all my documents told me to come in on the Thursday before I was supposed to move in to get my key. No one was in the office for a week. My stuff had to sit in the U-Haul the entire time until someone made it into the office and all she had to say was, I’m sorry somehow the paperwork got messed up and I still had to pay for a week.
