The best storage place around. Awesome customer service. Easy to do business with. Very clean and safe facility. Great prices!
I filled a unit up at this place 15 years ago. In the past year, Star Storage took over. I finally was ready to empty the unit, recently. Much to my delight and great relief, the new managers, Amber and Sean went out of their way to help me exit. They had no real interest in us leaving, but they guided me with great advice, helped me locate some help to hire, even made sure I had a bottle of water, now and then. Great people who actually care about tenants, new or old. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I was shopping around for storage units for my vehicle and came across storage star in Cloverdale. Sean and Amber made it a great experience all around. They have great customer service skills and they were able to answer all my questions regarding the unit. They were extremely easy to work with and upfront about prices. I’d highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a clean and affordable storage unit.
I stopped by Storage Star to buy some packing/wrapping paper and the customer service was excellent. The person working was incredibly kind and helpful. They left a really positive impression!
Great temporary spot if you need storage!
