Today my child received scheduled vaccinations at this location. While the vaccines themselves were due, the overall experience was very disappointing. The nurse who administered the injections did not seem experienced in handling toddlers and did not show warmth or reassurance. There was no smile or effort to comfort my child, which made the situation more stressful. Another concern was basic supplies. I wish i could give negative stars with the experience i had today at my baby’s immunization appointment. Nurse gave the shots like my baby was a toy. We came here before too but this time it was a disaster. As a parent, we were expecting nurse to be helpful and be super nice and calming for the baby. Never coming back to this location again.
