Really excited that this location is open during the weekends. I was able to get an appointment for saturday morning which really helped me a lot. The appointment itself was quick. There's lots of parking, as this location shares parking with other establishments. The team was super friendly and helpful in and out of my appointment all within 30 minutes.
We always came here for immunization but the nurse today was horrible we never had this experience before usually baby used to be calm with the other nurse but today the nurse was so unprofessional her name was MANDEEP she literally has no skill for a immunization nurse our child haven't cried this much so had no concern of calming down the baby as a nurse you need to have some sort of welcoming nature absolutely horrific experience fraser health should investigate on her work and take disciplinary actions i hope no other pa... read more
Today my child received scheduled vaccinations at this location. While the vaccines themselves were due, the overall experience was very disappointing. The nurse who administered the injections did not seem experienced in handling toddlers and did not show warmth or reassurance. There was no smile or effort to comfort my child, which made the situation more stressful. Another concern was basic supplies.
