I wish i could give negative stars with the experience i had today at my baby’s immunization appointment. Nurse gave the shots like my baby was a toy. We came here before too but this time it was a disaster. As a parent, we were expecting nurse to be helpful and be super nice and calming for the baby. Never coming back to this location again.
While public health nurses are so helpful and kind. I appreciate their explanation, their friendly and professional service and comforting parents, and engaging the small kids. I would like the administration to be like the public nurses and give some training to their receptionist to help the parents. Please it doesn't takes a lot if you help the people in need with an easy step you can offer instead of refusing to help..Please be mindful we comes to visit you with an expectation you will help us get our kids vaccinated and... read more
