Man this place is hella bad to people
Pushy, mean, nosey overstepping landlords here that will push and force our tenants with BS write ups that aren’t even LEGAL.
Over priced for their size. $900+ for a tiny 2 bedroom unit is just too much in this market and the neighborhood.
Terrible place to live. I have no complaints about the physical upkeep of the property or the unit I lived in. Initially, I moved to cloverdale because of the price point and month to month options. Management is extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating during the application process. That quickly changes once you move in. I was charged a fine for leaving a small dog waste bag next to the dumpsters. Cloverdale has a new team that cares greatly about the community. We are working really hard to make Cloverdale a great place to live. Lots of positive changes!!
