I have been a member at Cloverbelt Credit Union since I was old enough to open an account. I just finished up my first auto loan with them. Zero issues. I recently just bought a house and decided to go through Curtis, and it was the best decision I have made. He was extremely helpful and there to answer any questions that came up as a first time home buyer. It was an extremely smooth process, and I am in love with my new home. Thank you Cloverbelt!
Poor customer service. I was going through a hard time finacally and I was a customer since 2001. After my ex left he tried to take out a car loan underneath my credit. I was never called to have my credit checked also they closed down my account. I have had better service at another credit union. My experience was awful.
I love the services and customer care I've recieved at Cloverbelt Credit Union. I do my banking, savings and car loan business at Cloverbelt. Love the people, love the service! :)
