Clover Ridge has been the best place we’ve lived at so far! Not only is the place beautiful and the amenities are above and beyond, but the management team is the absolute sweetest. The new property manager Chad has been so attentive and great. He addresses any issues or concerns even if they are minor right away! We are very happy here :)
I've lived at Clover Ridge East for 3 years and have truly enjoyed my 1B1B and 2B1B apartments here. First, they are very clean, updated and sunny/plenty of natural light. I enjoy the granite kitchen counters to pull in a more modern style and of course the laundry in each unit is a game changer. The balcony/patios add a great touch and are much enjoyed. We have had a wonderful time living here. There are plenty of community engagement events, the pool is always clean, the grass and environment is always clean, and the staff are wonderful. Especially Chad. He is always ready to help with a smile and and ear to listen to anything we needed help with. He is ready to engage with renters (current and future) and is always striving make clover ridge the best place to live at. 10/10 would recommend here.
