It's a nice complex with responsive management. The parking lot and sidewalks are consistently salted and paved. Work orders are handled quickly - I think the longest I waited for a work order to get completed was 3/4 days. The walls are thick so I don't hear neighbors much at all. As long as the management stays the same or keeps the same mentality, I dont think I'll have issues.
I recently toured Clover Ridge East Apartments while considering it as a potential place to live, but after visiting the property, I decided not to move forward. During my visit, the grounds appeared poorly maintained. There was visible trash throughout the property, multiple areas with dog waste left on the grass, and several vehicles on-site that appeared abandoned or inoperable. After six years of living in this complex, our lease is up in just a couple of months and we will not be resigning, and here is why. When we moved in here, there was an excellent manager by the name of Michelle. Michelle had been on property for over 20 years and this was her baby. You seen her out on property every single day walking the property making sure that cars that were parked in the parking lot had a parking sticker in there.
