Bill always does an amazing job fixing up anything in the apartment that needs maintenance- and he does it FAST! So appreciated, thank you to Oscar as well! Clover Ridge is nice, clean & great with communication.

We loved living here. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and the grounds felt safe. We have two young boys and they had a great time going to the pool, walking around the grounds, and visiting the clubhouse (for free candy!). Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and with courtesy. The staff was so friendly, and Chad was able to help us with anything we needed. My wife saw some other apartments in the area that were downright scary. Clover Ridge East felt safe and family friendly.
Overall, the service at this apartment was exceptionally good, especially from Selen, who is very helpful and kind. The staff is wonderful. I started my new married life at Clover Ridge East Apartments, and after living here for almost three years, we have now moved to our own house. My experience here was great, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
