After living here for over two months in my first year. I can highly recommend this property for its excellent value and structural quality. The soundproofing between units is well above average, and the modern appliances function perfectly. While guest parking can occasionally be limited during peak weekend hours, the security measures and on-site amenities (such as the gym and package locker system) more than make up for it. Clover ridge was a great place to live, maintenance was amazing, very friendly, always stopped to say hi to my dog and ask how we were doing. The reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with the apt itself. Its the fact that fireworks were shot off every night from memorial day to labor day from surrounding apt buildings. My poor dog would be up shaking every night from 9am to 1am. Police could/would do nothing about it. If you dont have a dog that's afraid of fireworks, or they dont bother you, I highly recommend living here, ... read more
Chad is an excellent manager here who provides more than sufficient support and makes sure the residents are well taken care of
I’ve been living here for 7 months now and I absolutely love it! The unit I’m in was recently remodeled and the community is really clean and well maintained. The staff is always kind and Jackie has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend it!
