I been living in this community for the past 9 months this is the best place. It so nice,clean and quiet the Staff at the office are amazing very nice people and are very helpful. The office manager "Chad" is one of the kind he is so sweet and kind and always helping when help is needed. The day i picked up the keys he walked with me to my apartment and open the door for me, and this was the first time in my life I ever felt welcomed. Amazing apartments with nice amenities!
Clover ridge has been our home for 8 months now, and it has been such a great place! Everyone from the management site; Jackie and Chad, to the residents and our neighbors have been so friendly and warm. The clubhouse is our favorite place to hang outside of our apartment. The pool table, gym, sauna have been our favorites to use. The management is on site and available anytime for repairs, maintenance, or any questions and concerns. Shoutout to Jackie for helping us with our replacement keycards!
Good place to live! Great neighbors, well kept property, and great maintenance!
I’ve lived here for over two years now and my wife and I have loved living here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever we have needed something taken care of. I highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a place to live
