I have completed five (5) RTO deals with Clover Properties. While the first three were satisfactory, in my experience, their standards have declined dramatically, and their business practices can no longer be trusted. They now appear to operate outside the country, at a safe distance from the fallout of ill-structured investor deals like the one I describe below. This place seems to be no longer in business. Went over there, they moved out a few months ago, leaving no referring address.
We did a rent-to-own contract in 2019 with a 4 year buying option. The process of buying a home is difficult, but with Neil and his team the process was seamless. We learnt so much, and got the tools we needed to be able to purchase. Neil helped us in so many ways, and we are beyond grateful! We had lawyers that turned us away because they didn’t believe in it. I’m so glad we didn’t take no for an answer because this was the best decision of our lives.
If I could give this company less than one star I would. Took them three months to get me my early closing penalty paperwork and dragged their feet to prevent me from purchasing my house. Neil is useless. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Stay away
