I felt misled during my visit. I initially came because my insurance plan covers one cleaning per year. However, this was not explained to me clearly. All the units were used in one day, and I was then called back for additional cleaning, for which I was charged again for 2.5 units (total used= 6.5 units) As this was my first time receiving treatment, I had no clear understanding of how these ‘units’ work. From the welcoming front desk team (Stephanie and co.), to the detailed hygienists (Simran and co.), and of course Dr. Patel, they make the entire dental experience—dare I say—pleasant! Our kids actually look forward to their visits, which says it all. With Clover Park’s community-rooted, family-centred care, there’s no need to juggle different dentists. They truly provide holistic dental care for every member of the family.
Friendly staff who take time to explain everything and always paying attention to any changes that may have occurred since your previous visit.
Stephanie was very welcoming and engaging. The office was very professional. The dental staff was very informative and explained everything they did. I have no problem recommending Clover Park Dental.
