I made an online appointment for 1 and I was seen pretty quickly when I got there. I got the signature pedicure and an acrylic fill, both with gel polish. Both services were great! I came in with nails that I got filled somewhere else and I didn’t love them. But my nail tech totally got me right - perfect shape, cuticle care and he was also pretty fast! Will definitely come back again if I’m in town 😊
I have came here several times and had a pretty decent experience. Yesterday, I had a pretty unfortunate experience. I had emailed and spoke with the manager (Tyler) yesterday and today he got me taken care of and made me a happy customer again. I was ready to not come back again but I'm very grateful for Tyler and his care of customers, so I will keep coming back.
Update: They reached out to me for my nails to be fixed and redone. I am very happy that I got the chance to get them fixed and even got offered to pick a different color! I noticed a big difference from the first time. I love them! Thank you for making this right for me. The staff are friendly and the salon is very clean that’s the only reason why I’m giving two stars. I forgot her name but the person that did my nails specifically was a bit rude and extremely rough with my hands. She was rushing which caused a few of my nails to be uneven. I’ve had the set for two weeks and as a result my nails are severely damaged. I’m a bank teller so I don’t do much with my hands in my everyday life for my nails to have been effected like this. Lani will give this salon the new breadth of air it deserves!! (I cannot speak for other techs because I followed Lani here) Lani is the truth, the legend, and the incredible heart and talent of the salon. She is extremely detailed and meticulously talented at nail art. She is excellent at nail shaping and painstakingly-detailed designs, AND she will get you in and out within a reasonable time with few to none errors/mistakes.
