Carrie is wonderful to work with; she's attentive and listens to your needs. She has knowledge and history of the products she personally sells and if she doesn't she will do the research to find out. She is truly an honest salesperson. Dave and I always ask does Clover Hills sell those before we head to the Quad Cities.... Thank you Carrie for being our Go-To person for all our appliance needs and our Tempur-Pedic mattress.
Highly recommended!! Was scheduled for appliances to be delivered from Home Depot tomorrow which have been ordered 6 weeks ago and supposedly all in stock and today we received a email starting they were on back order and wont be delivered till mid to late August. This includes washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. I have gone 2 weeks with out as i bought a new home and my old appliances went with the home i sold. Excellent Service Clover Hills and Carrie won me over. We bought a large freezer (right now most are on backorder until July) and she found exactly what I was looking for in a refrigerator. They gave me such a great price that I could not refuse. Both were delivered within a day and it was free. The delivery crew was excellent, very informative and very quick. Tip your delivery drivers! They work so hard for you. Thank you Clover Hills and staff!
