They hired a tow company to tow away any visitor vehicle if not parked in the visitor spot. And even then crow tow will still tow away. late at night tow away your visitor's car,if you live there and have a sticker . They still tow you off. The apartment complex has a horrible package pirate problem.
DO NOT LIVE HERE NO MATTER WHAT. Please read full review!!!! Don not be fooled!!!!!! There are better places. Management is an absolute nightmare so run for hills. I have pictures as proof. They dont check credit scores or really care about rental history and we were so happy to find this place, HOWEVER Living at Clover Hills has been an absolute nightmare. Nice apartments has some issues though. It floods when it rains hard washer and/or dryer is either broken or eats the money. Don't care if a person just got a vehicle and it gets towed away the next day or later that night or just having someone visit for 15 minutes. Won't expect payments if u just had a baby and on leave. Would like them to work those issues.
While the manager is very nice, the place is not very safe. It floods, as well. Be sure to have renters insurance. The rules about dogs are really great. They're trying to keep it clean. Tenants can be rude and no consequences. The carpet is dark enough that it doesn't set you up for failure. The two bedroom is nicely laid out and convenient.
