Clover is a great company to do business with! In early August I had them come out to do maintenance on my heatpump system (check condensate line, refrigerant charge, etc.). Four days later, my HVAC system shut down suddenly, giving the "undercharge" (low refrigerant) alert...which seemed weird, given that they'd just checked the refrigerant level.
