Terrible experience this morning. Required credit card before scheduling. Told $167 for tech to quote to be applied against job. Price quoted for toilet gut replace $660+. Rejected quote. Another company quoted $324.

I’ve been a Clover customer for years and always used them for HVAC/AC maintenance. When my contract was up, I renewed for a basic one‑year plan covering 5 ductless heads and 1 condenser for about $500. The contract clearly listed the unit quantities and the maintenance cost. A few days before the appointment, they called saying they’d switched computer systems and had ‘accidentally’ charged me for only one head. They wanted to add $120 per additional unit — another $420 on top of what I already paid. The rep insisted the co... read more
