It’s not the Ritz but it’s affordable housing and she does make repairs I got a brand new central heater a couple years ago. The owner has been very helpful with everything and she’s a good person. The only people I ever hear complaining are also the same people that’s always behind on rent…. Go figure…. Five years I’ve been living here and I’m very satisfied and I’m also grateful for everything Mrs. Donna has done for my family and myself. I have no intention of leaving anytime soon…
