excellent Japanese style bakery – Clover has a great selection of Japanese style baked goods for sale. I don't know how it's different, but Japanese bread does taste different from American bread. Perhaps because this bread is baked right before being put out for sale. They have lots of uniquely Japanese baked goods like croquette pan (fried potato dumpling in bread), spaghetti pan (spaghetti inside bread), and donuts with red bean paste.
