Customer service used to mean something. I get emails and texts to come back and I stop in and the place is slow, no customers in the salon and told they are booked. I used to love this place it’s just not the same
Everyone was very polite and welcoming. Grey had fixed my hair, and she did a great job. I was not disappointed, and I'm happy that I found someone to go back to whenever I need my hair done. Thank you. Everyone loved my hair.
Edit May 2025: Sue is awesome!!!! I moved away and haven’t been here for years so I just booked someone. Fluke accident happened on the day of my appt and I was lucky enough to get Sue!!! I have been blonde for years and for hair health and budget reasons I wanted to go full brown but have been so afraid for so many reasons. She did a freaking awesome job and I was used to it after a week or less. The color is perfect. I couldn’t be happier and I still feel pretty which I was so worried about.
