This agency is truly the best in my book. I have been a customer since I can remember. My entire family goes here. The staff is wonderful and treat you like family. They even call you, so your policy doesn't cancel, in case you forgot to pay your bill. Crystal who works at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart.
I was looking to start up a new contracting business and a buddy of mine told me about the ins agent he's been using for the past 16 yrs. He let me know how happy he has been and how the staff treated him. I went to Cloutiers and they took care of my Liability and commercial auto. As a new business owner, I had a lot of questions, and they were able to answer every one of them for me. I would recommend them to anyone. I will be bringing my personal auto and homeowners over to them when it renews.
When I walked thru the door, I felt very comfortable and the girls were very nice. I had a lot of questions regarding moving from another state, and they knew the answers. At one point, the owner even came out and greeeted me, which I was surprised because I have never seen or met the owner of the previous agency I was at for over 15 yrs. I would recommend anyone to go here!
The girls in the office are very personable, and extremely helpful. They gave me all the credits I was deserving of. I'm very happy with their service
